In the picture (right to left) Chuck Brown, Kevin Kramer,
Terri McIver, Mitchell Fields, Tony Walsh and Michael Paller.
Michael's play was filled with huge characters, glorious
dialogue and ascerbic humor. . It was a real journey for him and for me
as a director to help bring a new play into fruition. Some of it worked,
some of it didn't. Nonetheless it was a fascinating look at America's
preoccupation with fame and success over art and endeavor.
Set just previous to the American Revolution, it pokes
fun at many sacred cows, with Michael's deft and often devastating wit. |
